University Place (Sheffield), was setup in 1993 by one of our Directors. He bought his  first Property in Crookes when he was in his second year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Sheffield. As well as studying full-time he refurbished the property almost single-handedly by working all hours god sent and converted it into a 7 bedroom palace for students to enjoy. His first lot of tenants were so happy with the standard of accommodation that they spread the word and the rest is as they say "history".

The business has grown over the years with more houses but also flats in various parts of Sheffield.

Since 1993 we can count hundreds of satisfied tenants.

Most tenants end up staying with us after their first year, so we must be doing something right.
